You ever faced a problem like that?
If you, so i have a best solution for this. Sometime we can rename delete or move the file, So this is a software which will enable you to Delete , Rename or Move the file.

Also I am goining to share you, you ever type in CMD (MsDos) the commonds like:

>Attrib -s -h *.*
>Del *exe
>Format F:
>Or something like that
But you know what is the result of these commonds?
It display the meesage that "Access Denied!!"
So what you have do is, simply in you your partition there is a starage folder which cannot delete by ordinary medthods so you have to delete this by this software
